Ewa Gallou - founder
Born in Poland and moving to France at the age of 20, I experienced firsthand what it means to adapt, decode implicit norms, and navigate between cultures. This personal journey shaped my approach to intercultural work.
Trained in International Relations at Sciences Po Paris and in Intercultural Management at Paris Dauphine University, I combine academic expertise with over 30 years of hands-on international leadership experience.
My approach connects deep cultural insight with pragmatic action, grounded in discipline and tailored to each context. I have particular expertise in French and Polish environments, and in bridging the dynamics between these cultures.
I support leaders and organizations on intercultural leadership, team dynamics, and organizational culture — with one guiding principle: turning differences into collective strength.
